General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website available at mjclub.org.
The service provider is MJ CLUB Maksymilian Śliwiński, ul. Mazowiecka 3C lok. 9, 80-292 Gdańsk, Poland, VAT ID 5842875090, REGON 542984577.

Type and scope of services
The provider makes video materials and a contact form available free of charge, through which you may express interest in working together.
Submitting the form does not constitute a contract for marketing services, nor an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. It is only an invitation to make contact.
The provider does not guarantee that everyone who submits the form will be contacted.
Technical requirements
Using the site requires a device with internet access, a browser with JavaScript enabled and cookies necessary for the site to function.
Playing the video materials requires a connection with enough bandwidth to receive a video stream.
The provider is not responsible for the site malfunctioning as a result of these requirements not being met.
Conclusion and termination of the agreement
The agreement for the electronic service is concluded when you open the site and ends when you leave it.
If you submit the form, the agreement additionally covers handling your enquiry and lasts until contact is concluded or consent is withdrawn.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time at /unsubscribe or by writing to kontakt@mjclub.org.
Prohibition on unlawful content
You must not supply unlawful content, in particular content infringing personal rights, copyright or the law.
You must not enter other people's personal data into the form without their knowledge and consent.
You must not disrupt the operation of the site, including attempts to bypass its protections, automated form submission or placing excessive load on the infrastructure.
Copyright
The video materials, texts, graphics and layout of the site belong to the provider and are protected by copyright.
You may view the materials for your own use only. Copying, downloading, making publicly available or distributing them without the provider's written consent is prohibited.
Complaints
Complaints about the operation of the site can be sent to kontakt@mjclub.org.
A complaint should describe the problem and give the email address to which the reply should be sent.
The provider examines complaints within 14 days of receipt and sends the reply to the address given.
Personal data
The rules for processing personal data, including the recipients of the data and the rights available to you, are described in the privacy policy available on this site.
Changes to these terms
The provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular where the law or the scope of the services changes.
The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
A user who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
