Data controller

For any matter concerning personal data, write to kontakt@mjclub.org. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
What data we collect
Through the forms on this site we collect your first name, email address and phone number, and in the second step also your annual company revenue, marketing budget and the main problem you selected.
We automatically record your IP address, browser information and the advertising campaign parameters you arrived with, if any.
We do not collect any special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR and never ask for them in the forms.
Partial form saving
The data you type into the first form is saved when you leave a field, before you press the submit button.
We do this so we can follow up if you stop halfway. If you do not want that data kept, write to kontakt@mjclub.org and we will delete it immediately.
Purposes and legal bases
Contacting you about your enquiry and presenting an offer — based on the consent you give when submitting the form, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Assessing whether we can help you and preparing for the call — based on our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Defending against claims and demonstrating compliance — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Measuring advertising performance — solely on the basis of the consent you give in the banner shown on your first visit, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Until you give it, no advertising tools are loaded at all.
Building a contact list in our email tool — based on the consent you give when submitting the form, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Automated assessment of your submission
After the second form is submitted, the system automatically checks the marketing budget you selected and routes you to one of two thank-you pages.
This assessment produces no legal effects and does not significantly affect you — it only decides whether we call you. You can always write to us directly and ask to be contacted.
Who we share data with
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, the submissions database, bot protection and forwarding of mail sent to our domain address.
Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) — video hosting and playback.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sending notifications about new submissions and storing your contact details on a list we may email in the future.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement, only after you have given consent. We send hashed contact details that serve solely to match an event to the advertising account and cannot be reversed to the original values.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Resend and Meta are established in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, for participating entities, on the Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
Bunny.net operates from Slovenia, inside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep data
We keep submission data for as long as it is necessary to contact you, present an offer and run any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period in which claims can still be raised.
If you withdraw consent or ask for deletion, we delete the data immediately unless we must keep it to defend against claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it and restrict its processing.
You have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
You may withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To withdraw consent for advertising cookies, clear this site's cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again.
If you want to remove your address from our mailing list, you can do it yourself at /unsubscribe — enter your email address and we will send a confirmation link. You can also write to kontakt@mjclub.org.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies: the form session identifier, the submission identifier, your remembered language, the source of your visit and the record of your advertising-cookie decision. The form will not work without them, so they do not require consent.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a human is filling in the form. It does not track you across other sites.
Meta advertising cookies, _fbp and _fbc, are set only after you consent in the banner. If you refuse, we not only avoid setting them but also delete any that may have been stored earlier.
Providing your data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to contact you. Without a first name, email address and phone number we cannot respond to your enquiry.
Consent to advertising cookies is entirely voluntary and refusing it does not limit your use of the site or your ability to submit the form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or the way the service works changes.
The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
